Handling Voice calls from India Customer’s.Solving Technical Queries of customers related to UPS and batteries of APC by SchneiderRegistering complaints of customers using Intouch and Salesforce ( CRM ) applications.Interacting with different department involved for the complaint resolution.Co-Ordination with service planning and escalation team for faster resolution.Offer technical troubleshooting to the customers.Willing to work in rotational shifts ( Operation 24×7 )

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/ BE/BTech ( Electrical and Electronics / Electronics and communication)
  • Languages: English, Hindi
