Drive sales targets for the region
- Drive and own revenue, collection and profitability responsibility for the entire Schneider portfolio esp Automation ( VSD, HMI, PLC, Signalling, Contactors, etc. for OEMs.
- Support in achieving profitable Sales of products for the allocated territory or vertical.
- Drive & manage direct sales through distributors and System Integrators.
- Drive Value Proposition through value engineering at OEMs
- Identify levers to improve commercial effectiveness for the allocated region
- Engagement with OEMs in the allocated area/vertical continuously to discover opportunities to grow revenue and expand share of wallet
- Identification and addition of uncovered OEMs
- Support the group leader in identifying levers to improve direct sales through channel partners
- Identify bottom/high effort accounts and transfer those to channel partners
- Ensure effective implementation of CAP for the area for TOP/Repeat customers
- Drive higher C-SAT with customers in the assigned territory or vertical.
- Work in collaboration with own team and other teams (pipes/verticals) with One Schneider view
- Team bonding
- Drive Geographical coverage and increase penetration through ONE- Schneider promotions
- Identify new OEMs for business growth, grooming partners to increase reach and revenues
